While the staff branches are responsible for the formulation of policies and ensuring them, the commands are responsible for interpreting and executing those policies. There are four Staff Branches which are;

        ● The Operations Branch
        ● The Logistics Branch
        ● The Administrations Branch
        ● The Inspections Branch
                          
Air officers of air rank who are directly responsible to the Chief of the Air Staff head the 4 staff branches in the Headquarters.
